• You must already have your site created, either on someone else’s hosting or on freewebs.com.
• You must be able to design and code your own layouts.
• Your site must include a portfolio for any type of art form.
• You must know/learn how to use FTP to upload and manage your site.

    Breaking any rule with a * will result in automatic deletion of your site.

• Try to update at least every 2 or 3 weeks. If you need to go on hiatus, meaning you will be unable to update your site for a month or longer, you need to notify me, and put somewhere on your site that you are on an "Open Hiatus". You must keep your site open so that visitors can still view your content.
• If I see that your site is inactive for a month, I will e-mail you, and if you do not respond in one week, I will assume you have vanished off the face of the earth not to return and your site will be removed.
